Terms & Conditions

  • All quotes are estimates only. Any extra parts or labour needed will be confirmed before repair.
  • The customer authorises Fix Xpresso to proceed with any repair work costing up to AUD 200 without prior
    notification or approval.
  •  We use genuine or OEM parts. All replaced parts and labour include a 3-month warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, power issues, or unrelated faults.
  • Full payment is due on completion by cash or bank transfer.
  • Repaired items remain property of Fix Xpresso until payment is made.
  • Please collect your appliance within 14 days of notification. Storage fees may apply. Items uncollected after 60
    days may be disposed of.
  • Fix Xpresso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the cost of the service or part
    replaced.
  • Minimum 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
