All quotes are estimates only. Any extra parts or labour needed will be confirmed before repair.
The customer authorises Fix Xpresso to proceed with any repair work costing up to AUD 200 without prior
notification or approval.
We use genuine or OEM parts. All replaced parts and labour include a 3-month warranty.
Warranty does not cover misuse, power issues, or unrelated faults.
Full payment is due on completion by cash or bank transfer.
Repaired items remain property of Fix Xpresso until payment is made.
Please collect your appliance within 14 days of notification. Storage fees may apply. Items uncollected after 60
days may be disposed of.
Fix Xpresso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the cost of the service or part
replaced.
Minimum 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
